Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  2. Express Insured Delivery

    • Insurance: Express delivery offers limited insurance against loss and damage during transit, with all claims and costs to be handled by the customer.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees. While we do our best to meet these delivery times, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or delays with local delivery services.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Once you place your order, we process it within 1 business day, including order verification, quality control, and packaging. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Customer Responsibility and Risk

  • Shipping and Return Shipping Costs: All costs arising from shipping, including return shipping fees for exchanges, repairs, or returns, are fully the responsibility of the customer. Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Insurance and Liability: While we offer insured shipping options, we are not liable for loss, damage, or delays during transit. Claims must be submitted by the customer directly to the carrier, and Drythong cannot guarantee that such claims will be honored. Insurance only covers material damage to goods and does not cover shipping fees, import duties, or other additional costs.

Customs Fees and Taxes

  • Import Duties and Local Taxes: For international shipments, import duties, customs fees, tax rates, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are solely the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Drythong. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to determine if additional charges may apply.

  • Customs Delays: Any delays caused by customs processing or local regulations are beyond our control and may extend delivery times. Drythong is not liable for any delays, costs, or losses arising from customs processing.

Restricted Delivery Locations and High-Risk Deliveries

While we ship worldwide, certain regions are excluded from delivery due to a higher risk of failed delivery attempts due to customs issues or local courier restrictions. For some remote or high-risk areas, additional shipping fees may apply. If you experience issues when ordering to a specific location, please contact our customer service for support. We reserve the right to cancel shipments to regions that fall outside our delivery terms.

Holiday Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

During national and international holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. This is especially true during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and other major holidays when delays with customs clearance and local delivery services are more common. In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or pandemics, we cannot accept liability for any resulting delays.

Undelivered, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package does not arrive within the expected time and there are no updates on the tracking information, please contact our customer service. We will work with you to investigate the issue, but we accept no liability for packages that are lost or do not arrive due to errors by the carrier, customs, or other external factors.

  • Customer Responsibility for Loss or Damage: The customer is solely responsible for submitting claims to the carrier in the event of package loss or damage. We can only provide limited support and cannot guarantee the outcome of such claims.

Returned Packages by Carrier or Customs

In the event that a package is returned to our warehouse by the carrier or customs (for example, due to an incorrect address, refusal by the customer, or other reasons beyond our control), any additional costs, including re-shipping fees, will be charged to the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer must agree to any additional costs for a new shipping attempt.
